Start Saving, Super-Geeks!

So, I read this afternoon that the new Playstation3 might run 500-600 dollars. Shazbot! I think I have to make a stand right here, right now. When the video game revolution started some time ago, 150 dollars for a system sounded reasonable. Then the xbox drops at 300, and like an idiot, I ch-ch-charge it, and proceed to wonder why I ever bought it. Then the price dips back down to normal 150 range, and I kick my own ass wondering why I'm so impulsive.

My stand is this: I will not yield to Sony's horrid price. I will scream triumphantly at my cohorts who dash to the outside line at Best Buy the night before release. To rub it in, I may even stand shoulder to shoulder with them just for spite. I'll walk right behind them as they buy a ps3 for a 500 a piece, and I will laugh at their folly. Then, I will get one myself, and proceed to my car in shame... horrible shame, as I am in fact, no worse then them.

My name is Marc Alan Fishman, and I have a problem.

Today is the Day I'll Fall Asleep at the Wheel.

Kathy told me at some point during my sleep cycle that I am restless in bed. Maybe I need that sleep number bed. Like I have any money at all, you know? Thanks in part to my sad growing obsession with realty TV (much like everything else in my life, I'm always 2 years late joining the band wagon) lead to weird crossover dreams. Poison's CeCe Deville and I sat in a hotel banquet hall while our best friend turned into a spider. Does that mean I'm gay?

I swear I'll have to become a coffee drinker or something to stay wider awake during the day. I'll take a grande mocha latte half caf no foam with a side of nutmeg and chocolate shavings. Then I want some pam-cakes.

If I could be a super hero, I would be 'Wonder Jew'. Fighting crime, stopping tax evasion, saving money. All hale Jewcano.

Today I put on a new pair of pants, and unlike any time else that I have done this... I feel nothing new. Normally, I beleive one puts on a new garment, and feels just the slightest bit.. newer, more powerful, or perhaps just better. I do not. Does it scare me? Perhaps.

I also have had the same goatee now for 2-3 months. I have grown acustomed to my mustache. I thought there would never be such a time in my life that I would feel the need to keep lip hair... But I noticed that a mustache hides a gap in my two front teeth as well as the goatee covers the excess of chin I possess. Am I frightened that I given away 2 trade secrets of my life already in just one post? Perhaps.

By the way, many thanks to ReadySteadyGo ... she compelled to to become a nuvo yuppie blogger. I'm no where near the linguistic powerhouse she is. I use elipses way to much. But, truth be told, my cartoons are way funnier.

Moron that later. Get it?
